Some Armalites are proprietary, some aren't. So using AR-10 is sort of a loaded term.

I got my hands onto a Modern Hunter this morning at the Chilliwack, BC gun show.

What an awesome feeling rifle my preference is for the lightest model that they had there but that is because I am a hunter that only drives to where I start to hike/hunt and I hunt the steep/thick rainforests of the wests coast of BC.

I was thinking of going 338 Fed/260 Rem/7mm-08 but after looking the gun over I would now just go 308 Win.

Congrates ATR you have one great rifle there.
