I'm usually not a camo kind of guy but that is one sweet looking setup you have there Dilli.

I must be insane, as I swore I saw that BCGs couldn't be imported without a license fee. Thanks guys!

There’s no fee, but on the other hand it is a state department regulated item. You must sign a form declaring that you will not sell or dispose of said items, if so you must contact the state department for the approval to do so. Contact. sandra@brownells or call Brownells directly. She might be able to explain it better.

I hope this helps.

Is there a penalty if you end up selling these said items?

No it just is an agreement between you and the state department that you will not export the item outside of canada. You can sell it to someone in canada if you dont like it or need it any longer. That's the info I got from sandra when I called about some bolt stops and a barrel extension

If your order is under $100 you don’t need to sign anything. That applies to BCG as well.
$100 to $500 you need to sign an end user agreement.

It gets emailed you you, you list what your buying, sign it,email it back.
I do mine in my iPhone,
It’s that easy.

It’s hit or miss what you need the export license for. Recently had a $8 flash hider be the thing that needed it. Needless to say I cancelled that part of the order.

According to Brownells: "Regulated items are: barrels, barrel liners, actions, receivers, frames, cylinders, flash hiders/suppressors. Also brass/bullets."

So not exactly hit or miss, somewhat defined. "Actions" is pretty vague though.

Awsome looking rifle! I have ben quite distant from CGN last year or so Dilli and I was wondering what made you change your minde on the MV/MS series rifles? I know a while back on the best non restricted rifle tread I was talking about the mv and you where pretty strong on the B&T apc 223, acr and tavor but not so much on the ATRS offerings. This is not a diss more just currious! As I said I have ben distant from ccgn and did not see much of the recent tread and I just started back here a coupke weeks back!

No proprietary parts was the biggest reason I got the MS, My ACR starting failing during training classes and I didnt trust it anymore. the APC was just awful for balance.

did you cut the stabilization tabs on the handguard? is it still stable?

Cut em off and have zero issues with movement. I also did put locktite on it. ;)

Holy ####! That looks great.

Thanks

Where did you get the Multicam sling?

Ferro concepts

Where’s the rifle? Can’t see anything through all the krylon and multicam! Pretty sweet man

Will be easier to hide from little potato that way ;)

Do I spy ranger plates on the ASC 10/30 mags?

Hell yeah :dancingbanana:

Nice gear! Top notch paint job as well, flawless...

Came out nice for 15 minutes of work. 12 of which was taping it off... lol..

Dilligaf, that is a sick load out!

Almost complete, I need to get myself a ballistic helmet and better comms next !
