modern SVT scope mount, anyone use one?

I am looking to buy an svt 40 and want to use the modern scope mount that p&s militeria has that uses modern rings.

Has anyone used this mount on their rifle? How did it turn out? and what scope did you end up using?
 
I have no experience with that mount but make sure the SVT you buy has the rail slots on the rear receiver. Otherwise your mount won't work.
 
I have one. I haven't shot with it yet. One of the issues is that you'll want quick release rings (low ones). The Leupold quick release rings don't work with this mount. It's been confirmed that the Burris Extreme rings work but I haven't had a chance to see what else. The angle on rail is just off for the Leupold.
 
If you are looking at one of the REPRO mounts for the PU scope be careful. There are some real junk mounts out there. I've fitted a few and it took hours do fit the scope into the mount alone, and I do mean hours !!!!!
 
If you are looking to get a mount from p and s guns, you may want to get one soon. Just ordered one and the guy said the people that made them went out of buisness. Also said he only had a few left...
