Modern Varmint in 6.5 Grendel MAY 11 UPDATE

Parts are rolling in daily. The uppers and lowers should be back from ano next week, so it should not be long now.
I'm loading up some 6.5 Grendel today so I have something to shoot when my rifle is done.
Hopefully it will be ready soon I'm not very good at waiting. Lol
Very pretty, as much as I like Lapua brass I would probably go for something a little more economical in a semi auto, they are a lot harder on brass than a bolt action (if you're at all concerned about the cost).
We need to get together for a MH/MV shoot once you have it. I've got a pretty good load now for my 6.5CM that's giving fairly consistent 1 moa groups. I'm sure it could do better with some more development but it's good enough for now

I took a look at the website. These are very nice.
We definitely need to get out but I haven't had much time since my third child was born. It's been a bit of an adjustment. I still need to develop a load for my modern hunter, modern varmint in 223 and will need to do my modern varmint in 6.5 Grendel comes in. I will probably have that done a year from now. I would like to set up my dueling tree at 300 yards and use our 2 modern hunters after we get them dialed in. We could also use my 2 varmints at 200-300 yards also.
Lol, I'm in whenever you can escape.
Hopefully by that time I'll have a load for my M305 with the Krieger barrel as well. I'll also have to do some testing with my ACR soon so I have something to compete with in the small cartridge category.

Hope you will have some factory ammo in when it arrives and some recommendations for reloading dies etc. Have to figure out what kind of press my brother in law has and equipment as well as I’m planning to just use his equipment to start with so I’ll want to buy dies compatible with what he’s got.
I should only need to buy full-length resizing dies, bases, powder, and brass then correct?
