Modern Varmint style uppers and lowers

Good stuff. These receiver set rifles may replace most of the rifles in my fleet. Except the par. I love that thing, maybe I’ll make a 45 raptor out of it. But maybe you could thread a hole in the receiver for a shell deflector? Sell them seperately in different sizes? Pretty easy to punch and thread a hole, and it’s another part to sell.

That's been covered, thankfully Rick came through from previous discussions. Look closely, the shell deflector is bolt on.

Impressive, however I am quite disappointed at the removal of the ambi bolt release... :(

Hopefully that is something that will be added back in a later iteration, along with a FA and integral case deflector. ;)

Which will then increase the costs. You can't have it both ways. Cheap and lacking features or loaded and more expensive.
This IS exciting and I will no doubt purchase a set although I will have ATRS build the rifle for me, but this certainly will not replace my Hunter or Varmint.

Sure would like a forward assist.

Any chance this design could be adapted to a modular system which can have the forward assist added or removed if desired?

I know it's a small thing but I'd sure appreciate a forward assist.

So ATRS I'm confused, you say these are in production but your waiting on the FRT. In previous releases of yours, once you got the approval, how long did it take to get the FRT. Im hoping i got the correct sequences there.

ATRS, I saw it was discussed earlier in the first thread pages.. but can you verify the material used? 6061 or 7075 aluminium for this new set price?

What are you looking at?
The larger picture in post 176 shows a push pin above the safety selector - with a recess in the end for a pushing device or bullet tip.

Thats initially what I thought but if that's the case this push pin is pushed from the opposite side of a ar15. Then I thought it might be a allen key screw. ATRS can you confirm?
