YES, I did do it! Since one of the two I got had a broken tab, I decided to modify the mag instead of my gun. (the other mag is still perfect)

It will fit into an unmodified SL8.

Ugly, but if it was broken already, no value lost.

That's the idea. I prefer to mod the less expensive mag instead of the very expensive gun. Since the mag was already dammaged modifing the mag added value to it.
