Modifying a breaching choke - Complete

Have you given any thought to the build up of lead and plastic and other fowling that will bind those ported chokes together when installed? Or are you removing enough material that you can get a tool of some type between the them?
 
Depending on the clearance you could shave one "knurl" off each choke so you still have some grip left. A tool thru the holes could help you get them on or off if you need to remove both sections of checkering.
 
I’d just like to update the thread, had a forum sponsor take on the job, I’ll be sure to post the results here when it gets back. I appreciate all the feedback and suggestions, but this is something I’ll let the professionals take care of this time!
