Mods for a KSG

I ordered one not even a week ago. Shipping confirmation a couple days later.
Been wanting to get one of those C5L's for my pistol for a while now, never thought about getting one for my KSG, but the more I think about it the more sense it makes. How's daylight visibility? Can't really see in the pic but is that the combo one w/ the flashlight? I've always held back on it because they are either out of stock @ Wanstalls or I wanted to spend the 500 bucks on something else. Just thinking get a set of MBUS on the EE and a C5L and forget the SPARC & riser. Do my best to co-witness the two and BAM! Let the zombie heads roll!
Mine was from brownells, less than 2 weeks and i had it.
Beattlejuice Beattlejuice, KSG KSG KSG, . = fishismylife lol, I picked one up a week ago, love it. The AFG is so so, a CAA grip is ok but a little loose when deployed. Magpul sights are ok but the radius is short. Likely end up with a eotech and a stubby foregrip. The enforcers look hot but rather keep it short. But that said does it act as a break or just look cool?
It has the 100 lumen light in it and its amazing especially with all the different settings, I buy everything from the states and ship to the states to a place called CBI in Niagara Falls USA, only an hour drive for me, usually free shipping everywhere and no tax, I paid $265 total from amazon and drove down and picked it up and saved over $250 so it's worth the drive if you ask me.
It's odd that people think the extra 1.5" or so of the enforcer turns this tiny thing in an awkward machine. I put a stubby grip and MBUS sights on mine. Lots of other parts inbound, so far I am loving the KSG!
No problem, I don't usually buy anything in canada anymore, I know I know support local but if the prices weren't 50% less in the USA I would!
Wow... that's nice. What brake is that? How do you find cycling that pump w/ the AFG2? What do you have hooked up on the sling loop to the rear? You using a single point? & who's BU sites are those? While I'm being inquisitive...what optic is that?
Just got mine and had it out on the weekend. My first mod will be loctite on the tube selector switch. Not a surprise, I had read online about others with the same issue of it working loose.
Tried 3? different types of birdshot/target loads and some Fiocchi 00buck through it. 300+ rounds in total. I think it needs more breaking in; even with full range of motion and forceful racking of the slide it did not always cycle smoothly. Issues were ejection and feeding related but with the cheap target loads I was expecting it, again after reading of others with the same problems.
I think if I had to go into combat today I would choose my Norc 870 clone, at least until I can get the KSG running reliably. Definately keeping an eye on this thread for ideas on mods.

I tried the AFG, but hated the angle it forced my hand into, not to mention it felt too small for my hands AND moved around when you pumped the gun...
I do not use any add on grip now...
