Modular accessory rail, avail to public?

hey all.
i was wondering if anyone knows whether the modular accessory rail from remington is available to the public.
the rail im referring to is the one on the M24A2.. with the two stages of primary rail and the mobile side rails..

anyone know whether or not, and if so, got a source to buy em?

Yes it is but unfortunately it costs the same or more as your Remington 700 PSS but look on the bright side it doubles the value of the Rifle
