Hello, I'm new to M.N. (See other thread ( moisin.nagant. help )) my first mn, got every thing fixed and am ready to test fire, dugaround in the ammo stash and found 2 boxes of cartridges, must have had them for awhile, guess I knew a M.N. Was in my future, can't collect and shoot millsurp. and not have at least one M.N. Huh. The 20 round boxes marked $5.00 U.S. and $5.50 U.S. HA! HA! 5 Dollar box is white, marked non-,corrosive 7.62 x54 copper washed Magnetic case and projectile, base marked 71 over s7 what can you tell me about them? Thanks. Other box also white marked Bulgarian brass case, berdan,primed,non-corossive, BUT what concernes me is they are yellow tipped,.and are magnetic projectiles base marked IO, or 10 not sure and 55.? Want th be safe not sorry, so any info. is greatly appreciated. Thanks Dugin sorry that should say, moisin,nagant,ammo.can I hate,spellchecker!!!
