Moisin PU need some help identifying numbers

I posted earlier today about a Moisin Pu these are the pictures of the markings can someone help shed some light on this rifle , one thing I noticed is the x out numbers on the barrel if you look closely match the original numbers of the scope and mount is this a normal or a fluke? Thanks in advance

Looks alright - it looks like a refurbished 91/30 PU sniper rifle with a 1943 produced scope. Almost certainly not the scope that it left the factory with but looks “refurb correct” if I’m not mistaken.
 
The scope looks to have been refurbed in 1961 according to the stamping
I have a 43 Tula and the ###ed out numbers on the reciever are identical to the numbers on the scope, have no idea why they would be crossed out
The Russians did some strange things with these rifles
