Moly and 303 cast question

So, I have a box of what I think are moly coated cast bullets for the 303(312)
They have a gas check installed, are dark metallic gray(like pencil lead) and the box said “dry lubed”
Not familiar with that, and new to reloading, I have a few questions:
1) what is this dry lube and should I be confident in not needing to lube it or should I hit them with some wax or alox? They feel slick to the touch, and until I asaw another member show a picture of the same bullet, I didn’t know what moly coating was.
2) how fast can I push them? Without additional lube, or with?

They are 213 grain, and my loading manual doesn’t have that in 303 but it does in 30-40 Krag, I plan on loading with IMR 4895, and trail boss for a ‘quiet’ load, in case a coyote is going for the chickens in my back yard.
Thank you

I don't chrony, but I load these up pretty hot I think. I have a load for the no4 26gn 4198, Lyman book says 28gn would push it to about 1950fps. I also shoot these in the JC, 13gn of Unique. They certainly go slower.
I've never hunted with a cast round, can't comment. I do think these are the hardest alloy casts I've used, but it's just an assumption
