Keep in mind that I have a sample of one. The bullet went through soft tissue and one rib, no shoulder joints or anything solid like that. And it was a mule deer, not a moose. If none of that bothers you, give them a try.
I can say that, based on my first experience, I will continue to use the Amax's and my Garand for deer, but nothing heavier or thicker skinned.
