Help? Not sure if this is good or bad, but i got a box of Hornady bullet .308 168gr a-max moly coated. To load these should i just use 168gr specs or do you guys know of some good loads? The powder i have here at home is Win 748 and IMR 3031. Thank you Adrian

The accepted rule of thumb is that with the same bullet, coated vs non coated, the non coated will give slightly higher pressures and velocities than the slicker coated bullet. To get back to the same velocity using the same powder you will probably have to slightly increase the charge.

I have been coating my own, using tungsten di sulphide vs moly. It's easier to coat with and does not require a wax coating. Lately I acquired some boron nitride and am going to try coating with it.
