Does any one know where I can get a Montana 1999 action in Canada?
I'm looking to build a 375 H&H but would perfer a Ultra Mag in the same cal.
If not a Montana action could some one recommend another option?

MRC did not have enough interest in their PH (large) actions so I think they canned the idea. I had 2 on order. There are several options from a p14 to granite mtn. Any of these are pretty big money once done. BRNO and CZ are cheaper options, but require some fiddling to get right. I like the p14 route, however it's costly and getting more difficult to find someone who wants to bother with them. I have a 505 Gibbs that was built on a p14 about 30 yr. ago by a fellow in Minot. It has the highest quality workmanship of anything I own. He built the mag box, floorplate from scratch. There are guys on this board that are capable of this work but they are swamped with work.
