Are umarex replica pistols okay to compete with in these events? I have a PPQ .177 co2

It appears that this involves more serious, higher level shooting than simple casual get-togethers. Shooters are unlikely to use inexpensive replica air pistols. All shooters will likely use .177 cal air guns (PCP mostly). Competitive air pistols in Canada haven't usually been available in restricted varieties (500 fps or over).
Most club allows guests to shoot competitions, you just need to contact the person responsible to reserve a lane - it's a great way to check out clubs and get into the sport.
Technically all .177 single-shot pellet guns are allowed - PCP or CO2. There's no speed restrictions - almost all air pistols available in Canada are factory-limited to under 500 so they are not restricted. Most competitive shooters use European guns but recently there are some inexpensive Chinese 'replicas' on the market. All ISSF style air-pistol competitions are single-shot - If you use this in a more serious competition you will need to load 1 pellet at a time, with a magazine it can be slower (since the ISSF airguns won't have a mag). In smaller matches like LSBA, most likely no one will care, esp for new shooters.
