Two or three lug front locking bolt?

60,70, 90 degree bolt handle? Welded or threaded? Modular handle?

Extractor type? CRF, AR style?

Action style compatible with others (R 700) for stock compatibility?

Single stack mag? Higher capacity options?

Like the rear site function that drops down into the picatinny rail. Does it bolt to the barrel or action at the front? As it protrudes past the action onto the barrel..

I know answer to some of them but I asked manufacture to answer them as soon as I get the answer I will post here.
Rails from Remington 700 fits on this rifle.
Magazine, ....working on 10 rds at this moment. What is the request for a number? I have talked about 10 rds with them.
60 degree bolt handle I believe but I will confirm with them

A quick Google search seams to point at a Turkish manufacturer Istambul Silah. The Monza in 308 kicked off in 2018. 2 lug bolt with 60 deg throw, 4 grooves and 1:12 twist. Safety is on the front of the trigger guard. That's the most I have come up with. I guess I will wait for Westrifle's post for the rest of the specs.

Yes manufacture is Istanbul Silah, they make some impressive shotguns. Production of rifles did not start until the end of 2019. You are correct with most info but I wan to confirm first with manufacture.

Very interesting... But...

The Remington 700 has a lower rear section on the action, this looks more like the 783 or a savage (cylindrical and even height front/back) plus.. The factory mount has a flip up rear peep sight, so I'd want to go with that anyways.. sorry, but did you have a look at er ?

If it is a 60 degree bolt lift that would be nice, that would be cool despite it being a two lug action which often are more.

If the bolt is reasonably slick, there is a 10 round mag option and the accuracy is decent these might be very popular at this price point. I really like the look of the kryptek camo and titanium/bronze one.

One more thing, is this "#### on open" or "#### on closing"? Like a savage or a P-14/M-17

As I promise some answers:
1. Two or three lug front locking bolt?
Two lugs front locking bolt

2.60,70, 90 degree bolt handle? Welded or threaded? Modular handle?
60 degrees bolt handle

3. Extractor type? CRF, AR style? PF
4. Action style compatible with others (R 700) for stock compatibility?
Not at this moment but they will look into it for future model development. Thank you for pointing it out.

5. Single stack mag? Higher capacity options?
Double stack magazine, 4 capacity magazine (1 of them will be three for hunting purposes) 10 capacity magazine will be available hopefully by this summer. As soon as we have any info about we will advertise to customer.

6. The rear site function that drops down into the picatinny rail. Does
it bolt to the barrel or action at the front? As it protrudes past the
action onto the barrel.
Picatinny rail is not touching barrel. It screwed on to receiver.
