Moose antler wedding ring

I've often found artwork or tools made with antlers to be fascinating. A friend of mine is a custom jewelry maker and just made this moose antler wedding ring, which I thought was pretty cool.

She comes out shooting with me sometimes, too. She's about to let loose with my 50 BMG here.

How tough would it be though? I wear a ring made from tungsten carbide because I wreck gold jewelry too quickly

I assume it’s the same strength as any silver banded ring. Maybe no good for industrial applications ?
