Moose draw results - Ontario

I'm glad none of you guys apllied in 28 or 27. It'll give us more of a chance. I'm checking the mail in the morning before i go home just to see if there's any good news for me or my dad. Good luck to all of you. The CGNers that i invitied up should have a good chance. Laterz

Getting a tag has never been the issue, finding a moose has been...

We need to transfer the tag as the guy who got drawn won't be able to go for the whole week. Hopefully the tag will transfer to me. If we don't get one opening week, I'll drive up later in the season for a weekend.

This is my first year with this group. My good friend and neighbor invited me up this year seeing that I cannot swing my waterfowl trip to Manitoba this year:(. I think that the past couple of years this group hasn't got a tag for the area(not enough guys). Hoping to maybe bag a bear this year as well when I'm up there.:)

Yeah I think that we needed 13 people to get a tag. But all 13 of us are going, so there's no need for the "ghost hunters" this year.;)
 
Looks like a truck tag again...hope for a 2 1/2 year old cow...had to swerve three times before I got last years ! Kidding..honest !
 
My wife drew a bull in WMU 8. Hope she gets one again. Last time she had a bull tag, 2 years ago, she connected with a nice young bull. One shot, one kill.
 
Bull and a cow tag for area 30. Not bad concidering everyone applied on their own :) Best of luck to all...
 
You guys all know that by applying as a group, when the group gets a tag, all the others who are in pool one automatically get put in for single tags as well. There is no downside to applying as a group as everyone who doesn't get the tag get into the singles draw. We had 5 guys and got the group tag plus two of us got individual tags.
