As for our group in 9A..... no tag this year
Well - I just found out that the guy who drew the tag can't go due to work. We had the tag transferred, but it went to a guy who can now only go for the weekend.
I guess were going to be calf hunting for the rest of the week.

4 out of 5 of our guys got tags. 3 cow tags and a bull tag. 3 of the same guys drew 3 bull tags last year so we were all in pool 2 this year. Talk about a flawed system...

I've had 10 days off since March
. And I've been chasing Walleye's most every night all year so that chew's up alot of time. Yah it's ok for us but we don't need all those tags. We had 3 frikkin Bull tags last year and didn't fill one, I fealt guilty not using any of those tags!

Yeah we didn't even see one so I know the feeling. Hopefully this year. I have a plan.

My 22nd time applying, and I got a bull tag for area 40. Lol, didn't think I'd even make it for moose this year 'cause I'm going to Alberta for elk, then the folks for deer. Looks like 1 more week vacation to catch the last week of moose. God, I love my understanding wife.
