I think that some were referring to the ELD-X... it has garnered some bad reviews.

The ELD-M is proving to be the more reliable hunting bullet between the two

Inconsistent expansion was the hallmark of first-generation X bullets, too.

Not to sound disrespectful at all Ted, but I don’t think there’s any problem with inconsistent expansion with ELD’s. They seem to consistently expand rapidly and violently, generally with explosive terminal results for the bullet.
