Moose Tags In Ontario

Since winter is not going away, how long have you moose hunters been without getting a tag in your name or are there some that never received a tag in Ontario. Archery bull tag WMU 29 for me I think was back in 1997

I drew a cow tag by myself 3 years ago, the only tag we have had at camp in 5 years

This will be my 8th year in the draw without an adult tag.

My camp draws an adult tag almost every year in 49. The past 8 years we've had 9 tags, twice we had mulitple tags (three one year, two another) twice we drew none.

I moved to Ontario from Saskatchewan two years ago. I never bothered putting in because I don't want to hunt with someone else and I know the chances of drawing a tag by yourself is near zero.

If you go to area 1 you will get a tag I know a group of 4 that goes there every year and they all get a bull or cow tag . I get one usually every 5 years in my group in wmu 12a but our party gets one every year

I have a friend who goes to unit 4 I think and they get a tag every year. The guaranteed group size is 3 IIRC

It's a guaranteed zero if you don't put in

We hunt in WMU 28.Our last tag was in 2 years ago but we ate tag soup. Usually get a tag every couple years and we all apply individual. We have 6 members in our hunt group but a Guaranteed Group here is like 11-12.
