I love gun related trinkets, magnets and stickers are good for a lot of applications. patches are always welcome.

thinking out loud, how about a shipping upgrade for an ammo crate instead of cardboard box?

can you order patches to retail as well? one of my favourite retailers for that isnt going to be around now...

Note sure what you mean about the crates. None of the ammo comes in crates at this time

He would like the option of having you ship the cardboard box of ammo in your own branded crate for an additional cost.

I guess I lucked out. All my pens survived shipping. My suggestion is something that would serve a purpose of some sort and maybe fit a keychain. opener,light,small knife,compass,carabiner..... and I have always loved the targets.
