Antiques do not require a PAL and are not registered. They are considered firearms and before buying you should look at the laws surrounding their transport, storage and use.

Actually, I believe antiques are considered to not be firearms as defined by the Criminal Code section (CC s.) 84(3). A technicality I know, but strictly speaking, they are not classed as 'firearms'. Just saying.
