More great service from Badger

yup, they are now the first site I visit when I am looking for a certain firearm, A++ service, they could not be nicer or quicker.

Hoping they get some Sig pistols in soon (their site says "Coming Soon").
 
glocks with slow REF#

On our last order of Glocks, the guns arived with transfers into our name.
This sometimes happens and takes only a few days to fix. The only snag is the CFO has to now OK our transfer from the third party , on g'ovt time and find out why and how this happened, so it will not happen the same way again: so were told:
Sorry to all who may be waiting for this process to be completed. We will make sure you are well gifted in your packageing.

I had EXTREMELY bad "Service" from them.

And to make things worse, they always delete my replies here.
This is the fourth time, that I had to post this reply and inform our members of the other side of the medal.
 
I had great service when i got my Tokarev in mid July i was quite pleased with the service and the friendliness of armand and Barb

The people that think "sh*t don't happen!

First things first, This is my add space for my adds that I pay for the right to edit as I wish. Like the window of my shop. If I was spraypainted I would clean it off, right. With your thread I just cleaned my window!

We do 200- 300 sales a month , sh*t will and does happen. We fix all our screw ups to the best of our abbility ,to try and make the best of a mix up. with shirts. and other goodies.
No one has ever been shorted money, money has even been returned in cases of orders we have placed are running behind, most of these people still come back as the orders come in. If we take your money you will always get your product or in the worst case with the sh*t factor in play , your cash back. With a $50 cupon on next purchase! We don't state we don't have problems, show me a biz any biz that is perfect! Our intentions are all positive.
As dealers we have much on our plate, Suppliers delivery dates behind date, Gov't B.S. and the people with every diffrent personality on the planet. You can't please everyone!!!
We do our best to offer professonal service, and and still keep it personable.

I get all my guns from them for two reasons, price and service.
For the last 14yrs!
S&W M&P 15-22. fell apart, no parts in Canada. After waiting for S&W to get parts-over a month. Sick of waiting they took the action out of MOE version and put it in mine. I was happy as hell, I got to thinking they are out a $650 gun that can't be sold now. I later heard they did this to 4 others on same model.

We don't know all what happens behind the curtain, as long as it ends well is all we can hope for....Contact him and he will make it right. Unless you just want to #####. You were on about this 4 times? WOW.

Armand is a easy guy to work with that will go out of his way to make a deal good at the end of tranaction.

Keep up the good work boys!

That's why i returned to buy my G17 9 one of the ones that is late), because i got a $50 credit from a previous issue. As long as there is retail there are issues, its whether or not the business tries to correct them to the best of their ability that separates asswipe business owners from others. Until I hear a "don't care" or "nothing I can do for you" Badger is in my good books. As much as it sucks to have a gun delayed by a week, if its not something in Armand's control, there is not reason to make him feel like sh!t. I do really want to have this for Friday for a range date with my wife tho lol:ar15:
 
Dealing with Badger Arms

I have bought 14 guns from Badger Arms over the last 5 or 6 years, and have stored some of them there for some time(because thats where the range is). He is always there by appointment and is always willing to bring some more challenge to the targets. He has done everything from payment options to holding firearms till money is available, and always has more than fair prices. As far to commitment to his business and customer service I have needed ammo early in the morning and called him at 9 at night and hes told me to come out and pick it up. If you ever had a problem with this guy you should back away from his wife because thats the only way you could get on his bad side, but this probably would get you on anybodys bad side.

I have ordered my second gun from Armand, i have nothing but good things to say, best prices, honest, great service, i will never buy from another dealer period. Getting very excited about my sig 226 elite stainless. I also refer all my peeps to Badger too. Like he says, pm if there is a problem, no need to post negative comments for all to see. Yeah... There are thousands - no, millions of firearms retailers in Canada. They're all just sitting around, waiting for you to call. They have absolutely nothing else to do but wait on your business. </sarcasm>

There are 1.8 million + people licenced to own firearms in this country. There are less firearms dealers in this country than there are honest politicians. The math is against them being slow.

Time spent receiving, doing inventory, unboxing, cleaning, picking orders, filling in paperwork, purchasing more firearms/accessories/ammunition, filling in more paperwork, making phone calls to suppliers and the various CFOs, receiving phone calls, filling in more paperwork...

And the time wasted by responding to the half-assed complaints of whiny impatient punks...

Buddy - if you'd ever worked at a busy place, you'd know that sometimes there just isn't enough time to do everything.

Calm down. Take it easy. Have a beer or something. Count to ten... Then act like a grown up, apologize for being an impatient ignorant knob, and try to get an answer to your question like a big boy would.
