I just added more 14.5" guns with 12" quad rails, 12.5" guns, complete lowers, stripped lowers and complete 14.5" uppers. All are in stock and ready to ship and are the latest generation.

No 10.5" guns at the moment and all the DMR's went to back orders from last fall. With this batch I'm pretty much caught up with back orders so you'll start seeing more on the website as they come in.

For any one on the fence about the NEA platform. I had the opertunity to put a 12.5" barreled rifle with the 12" quad rail through its paces the other week and I was very very impressed. The build quality is great and we did not have a single issue even running norinco .223 ammo.

For the price, and to support a Canadian manufacturer It's a great value for your money. Not to mention dealing with SFRC is always great.

I hope to have more 10.5" guns shortly. I do have 14.5" guns available.

18" barrels, I'll check with them next week. I have a few on order.

Has NEA worked out the kinks and issues with their rifles at this point? I've been reluctant to purchase one based on reviews from last year.

I don't think there have been any real issues since approx late last summer (approx) since they switched out the lower parts kits, changed the stock supplier and tweaked a few things. I'd guess over 100 left the last few months of 2012 and about the same in the last 3 months and I've had no complaints or issues brought to my attention except for one or two minor things.

Thanks for the reply. Once I get my finances in order, I'd be looking to grab an 18" DMR. Are these regularly in stock?

They will probably be $1240ish next time they come in. I'm hoping in a few weeks. Once we have a better idea I'll start doing presales on the NEA's again.

I would like to order the 10.5 and a vortex strikefire with high mount. How would I get on a list?...or is pre order available?

I'll second that. . . I am running a Stag and a NEA. They both work great - I did change out the LPK because I had an older model - If I had to point out a difference between the two I'd have to say the NEA has a bit looser tolerance in the barrel . . . which is not a bad thing for me so far because it will eat some of my less-than-perfect reloads whereas the Stag will bind 'em up and the forward assist won't even seat them . . .
If I could make an assusmption, I think NEA saw a lot of easy money outside North America and focused on that while neglecting us Canucks . . . they claim to have seen the error of their ways and promised to get more product out to Canadians. While that remains to be seen, I must say that there are a few more items available directly and reputable stores like SFRC seem to be offering a lot more stock!!!
