Im not hear to win an argument like you are newbie. Im stating what I think...don't like,,go hump a skinny cat. I could care less what the guy did but I don't really get all worked up if a guy has 1, 2, 3 or 4 shells in shotgun. Just like I don't get worked up when I see another adult driving with out a seatbelt. To equate having an extra shell in a shotgun vs a man molesting a child is about the stupidest thing Ive ever read on the forum.

I have no idea who that is, but apparantly you enjoyed them enough in your youth to make the effort in saving the picture to a hosting site.
I would say that completely ignoring a root premise such as law breaking is about the stupidest thing I've ever read on a forum, but then I'd be negating your other posts in this thread. If you think I'm still arguing, you should probably do a quick breathalyzer, since I already won a long time ago when I learned right from wrong.
If your 2000 some odd other random ramblings on this board bear any resemblance to what I've seen here, you should really spend some more time in the field or with the wife, both might be a better use of your time than trying to justify your position.

Unfortunately Foile and these type of 'celebrity hunters' are the face of hunting. Lee and Tiffany, Foile', Drury boys, Duck and Buck Commanders etc. are the types of folks a non-hunter will catch on TV and use as an example of hunting in their eyes. I would hope that they would follow the rules.
As far as what Foile's and company do, you can't watch these videos and shows and not ask yourself the question 'Why so many?!'
They can toe the legal line and shoot the exact bag limit but still, its an awful lot of geese and ducks. No one can possibly eat that many. Giving non-hunters and anti's the idea that were insatiable killers. Heck, I get that feeling too watching these shows.
The same holds true on the deer side of things.
An extra shell in the gun, not too big of a deal if that was the only charge. Good thing is that its more fuel for the 'fish cops' to pile on in court for these guys.
I know some local guys that look up to these duck/goose celebs and some have even hunted with them. These guys are kind of the local 'waterfowl' heroes. Odd thing is they really don't see as musch wrong with Foile's exploits as do the rest of us.

I never equated a man molesting a child to an extra shell in the gun, you did. I was just curious as to what your thoughts were on child molesters in general as you say it's ok to break some laws, I never even mentioned a man as being the molester. I guess that's where the "varying degrees" part comes into play. Does that mean it's ok for a female teacher to have an affair with her 13 year old male student? Maybe that makes the 13 year old boy a stud in your eyes for baggin the couger...I bet a girl on the otherhand would require a lynching based on your skewed perspective of right and wrong. The law is the law dude, it's not up to you to decide what is right or wrong based on your opinion.
