You can purchase the 20 round BCL mags to use in the ruger american gen II. 20 min with a file and the magazines will fit in the magwell and still allow you to use the stock mags.

No reason the bolt action can't use a 20 round mag. Yes these are legal as they are proprietary to the BCL bison bolt rifle.
