IRG has the ability to move guns legally in both directions across the border.

I had a warranty issue on a Keltec.
IRG took the gun back across the border.
Then they sent it to the Keltec factory in Florida for warranty work.

It was quite an easy and painless experience for me.

I believe IRG has stated any warranty issues on firearms that are bought from them, have to be returned to IRG so they can send them back to the manufacturer for the warranty work.

Normally Canadian Warranty Centers do not touch any firearms that were brought in from the USA using a broker. Only when those same firearms are brought in by recognized Canadian Distributors.

However, I have never dealt with Derya as a dealer......:)

Warranty Statement for Firearms Sold by IRUNGUNS in Canada
All warranty repairs on the guns we sell in Canada are handled directly with the original manufacturer in the United States. IRUNGUNS maintains a Type 8 FFL, which allows us to efficiently manage the full cross-border process (export to the US, factory repair or replacement, re-import, and return shipping to you).
We are aware that certain manufacturers maintain authorized warranty or service centers here in Canada. However, we have found that sending firearms back to the US factory consistently delivers the highest quality workmanship and the most reliable results. This approach also allows us to complete most repairs in a more timely fashion than routing them through Canadian counterparts.
How it works (quick overview):
Email us with your invoice number and clear photos of the issue.
We’ll issue an RMA and return instructions.
Ship the firearm to our Canadian warehouse (you cover shipping to us).
We cover all shipping, brokerage, export/import, and return shipping costs both ways.
Please allow 60–90 days for the complete process, depending on the manufacturer.
