More Shadow 2 goodness

I prefer the arcore finish. All the guns have it, some are just polycoated over top or whatever you want to call it
 
Rmmmmh, so the urban grey has the arcore finish on the metal (treatment) and then, they are painted brown....whereas the Black ones, are just arcore which is in nature a black finish after the process is completed?
If all the guns have the arcore, I think I would prefer something that has been coated on top of the arcore = double protection.

I might be incorrect...?

Did you get the Plus 2 magazines at Wolverine as well?
 
most of the black guns coming into Canada will be coated over top of the arcore as well. The two I posted are straight Arcore, as were the rest of that shipment. The ones that came in earlier this year before the grays were also Arcore, but word is the rest will be black like the regular Shadows. So that will be a double finish.
 
Glad I scored me a arcore finish model. :)

Now I get what people were griping about the tapered slide being hard to grasp seeing that it's already half exposed as it is.
Wooo boy, that frontstrap and backstrap checkering is mighty aggressive. Feels like 20LPI checkering. Maybe 25LPI in the back and 30LPI in the front might have been more comfy for shooting for long range sessions. I can see how it eats up Slavex's hands like a cheeze grater. lol

I was tempted to paintfill the CZ Shadow 2 roll marks but I think that would put me into IPSC Standard division if I get into it next season. :p
