Moreguns supply re: Norinco HP9-T Tactical Shotgun

i messaged him a few days ago regarding the scope for my crossbow on gunaddicts, no reply. i wish i could go in there and leave him feedback for the thing, i waited to do so until i got the rest of the parts and now i think its too late.

my shotgun wasnt packaged bad it was actually tight in the box. my sks like the ones mentioned above was in a box way too big for it, the barrel had broken through and the bolt had put a hole in the box aswell. absolutly nothing inside the box except for the gun.

again i was a supporter of his and even backed him in the offtopic section but he can #### off at this point. terrible customer service worst ive ever seen.

you wanna see good service, and im all about service. i bought a 1 piece leather suit for riding, custom fit and everything. i helped the company who is starting off advertise it, the more they sold the cheaper they were. seller contacted me told me that no matter how many they sell im gonna get the cheapest price possible for helping out. a while later i was defending his company as the original anticipated order had nearly tripled in size and suits were back ordered. i was banned from the site for getting into it with a moderator and a member who was being a ####. seller contacted me i explained what happened, he helped me back on the site and threw in a pair of gloves for backing up his company the way i have been. thats customer service.

another story, a bike forum im on, guy buys a battery from his bike, battery malfunctions, melts, kills his regulator and does a little cosmetic damage. its a smaller company hes dealing with. they send him a cheque and here is a quote for what, he wont list the amount but anyone whos dealt with bikes know stuff isnt cheap

No specifics on the amount, but it was enough for a new stator, R/R, two batteries (with and upgrade to the 18 a/h), incidentals, and all of my labor at their rate (incidentally twice what I had quoted)

thats customer service, not this assclown out west who cant even answer an email

I figured this out after the fact, but he's also on Ebay. I think his store is pocketbikecanada or something like that . I bought a bayonet and a red dot sight, that never showed up at my door. He told me that they were lost in the mail and it was MY responsibility to deal with canada post, even though he's the one that shipped it. WTF? He also couldn't provide me with a tracking number, so I could deal with it, which makes me think it probably never got shipped to begin with. Douchebaggery at it's finest.

The shipper is the only one that can claim a missing shipment. I have had to do that twice. But fortunately the merchandise showed up a couple days later. It had been shipped to wrong address. But I have dealt with this "shyster" personally( never lost $ or product ) and would never even talk to such a "self important" person like him again. Totally into himself and as I found out has no concience at all when dealing with customers. He works out of a rental unit and does also sell mini-quads for an American Company. Wonder how many of these have been "dealt with".

His favorite quote is "BUYER BEWARE"....he quoted it to former clients in his ratings.

he also has/had some chinese knockoff red dot/sights on e-bay, now that you mention the REAL SIGHT NAME - i ALMOST sent him some money BUT DECIDED to go with a guy in ontario instead- at LEAST i GOT my merchandise,

I got a pistol from him that was as advertised, and no problems. But, in retrospect, I could have received it a the same price from my local gun shop, due to the shipping charges.

My bad. Oh well, probably won't do it again, after all these negatives.

I have dealt with him three of four times. Each time was face to face and I never had a problem. Seems as though most people had problems with his shipping.

Well i got an sks and ammo deal. Box gun and ammo was the same as posted...shight. But over all not to bad. BUT...after i gave him a decent reference a buddy of mine ordered the same thing....what a nightmare....ammo took forever with no explanation, he had the tapco stuff put on like mine but it looked like someone used a punch and hammer and just butchered the hell out of it.. i mean bad... then installed the Ncstar rear mount on and obviously never checked a thing cause my friend was new to shooting...went to the range...first shot..bang. bolt stuck back so bad i couldn't even hammer it forward. Day done.... bottom line.... this guy needs to stick to paintball cause thats the store he's got. These aren't paint ball toys bud... a little more care is needed when it come to firearms... this guy should NOT install anything...just sell it and send it. But that seems to be to much to handle

Guy sold me an 'unfired' russian SKS. I gave her a good look on reciept and was pleased. Took her down for cleaning a few months later and noticed some serious pitting on the gas piston face. Unfired my ass.

AVOID!

i had the same impression at the same show...

he kept trying to sell me a norc 1911 and i told him i didn't want a .45, but he kept pushing and actually left the booth to follow me when i walked away.

I just went and hid at the IPSC booth and pretended to be "working" like i was supposed to be doing lol.

3rd sketchy impression from the same show. bought a magpul afg from him and will not be a returning customer. I try to avoid the guy that has a 110% price guarantee. it means they are willing to cut corners elsewhere.
i try to support cgn members and supporters, his ban just reaffirms not dealing with him.

110% price guarantee! Hah! I called, would he price match another CGN vendors advertised prices. He said yes he would PRICE MATCH (I"m not sure what 110% price match means to him), told me tocome to the store. I came down, and he then told me how would price match...BUT he would have to charge me full shipping ($20)! Also, prices seem to change whimsically on other items from the time I call to the time I come down to the store (2hrs). On one occasion the price changed in 5min! I heard at the last local gunshow some irate customer was yelling at him, and the irate fellow had to be removed by the show people.

hes ignoring my messages on gunaddicts towards him, i wish i could leave him feedback through there but its been too long and that option is gone
