Chuckle, relatively speaking compared to the home states of Oklahoma and Colorado, most everything in Virginia is near by.
I'm in Richmond, about an hour and a half south of Fairfax County.

Well lets see shooting interests. Well wife won't let have any crew served weapons, being an optimist I figured that gave me plenty of room to play with. My major interest is cast bullets at jacketed bullet velocities. Handguns of the 45 caliber, mainly Smith and Wessons consitute an addiction, lever action rifles are fast becoming a focus, mainly Winchester, 405 Win, 30-06 and 45-70. Bolt guns are of interest but lose out to the AR10s right now.
Used to hunt, but it got to crowded in the mountains.
Too much like a war zone.
Forgot to add reloading is what my wife will name as corespondent in any divorce preceeding.

I am also from VA, a state of the United States, way to the south of you guys. I live in Alexandria, VA which is just outside Washington, DC.

My interests for this forum include finding out what our neighbours (see, I can spell it right!) to the north are doing in terms of firearms laws, and to share any knowledge that I do have with the Candian Community. My interests include collecting Military Surplus firearms, Self-Defense, and Concealed Carry.

Looking forward to the debates. Hmmm, I had heard that Canadians can get the UT conceal and carry permit. Just know of one guy who does, it's good to see others getting them. Considering I have NH's and VA's permits, I might need another.
