I looking for some parts for Mosin 1891 but unfortunately unsuccessful so far. Can you recommend any US friendly to export company ?

You may have better results if you dial it back 90 years. It's the Mosin Nagant 1891, though you are more likely to find parts under 91/30.

Just check their website. If the parts aren't listed, that doesn't mean they don't have them. email of phone.

What parts do you need? Liberty Tree usually has a decent selection though the prices are a bit high.

I've found lots of Mosin parts on e-bay, coming from Finland and other European countries. Sellers there seem to have no qualms about mailing to Canada. Private sellers in the US seem to have given up selling outside their country, probably due to uncertainty about export laws. Commercial sellers down there seem to have varying interpretations. A couple of years ago Numrich sent me P-14 parts with no issue then, a few months later, I had to use a licensed Canadian importer to get them to sell me various parts for another rifle (just springs, etc).
