Mosin 91/30 and Ammo Combo

So 880 rounds for 209 regular. Quick math, 400 is 1/2 so $100 in ammo brings the price of the mosin to $200. Puhlease. Thats a lot of coin for a mosin.

One box was $73 buck... 2 boxes was $70? Makes sense, half the ammo weight, gun isn't as much but two parcels means twice the handling from the courier.

It doesn't make sense, I think your missing something?
Last purchase: SKS + 880 rounds of x54R=2 parcels
One parcel has twice the weight and is a total of 3 bucks more.
Maybe SFRC gets a flat rate between weight categories?

A 91/30 is quite a bit longer than an SKS. Size of the parcel factors just as much as the weight.

I would have thought the extra 30lbs would be more significant than a extra 8".
I don't know, I don't ship stuff much...

Our UPS shipping weights aren't by the number of boxes, they are by total shipment weight.

It isn't the Russian surplus ammo I have now, it is coming from S&B. It also comes with a free soft case which runs around $15-20.

whoa whoa what is that the reloadable brass ammo soft point you're including? That's what I like to hunt and kill stuff with, one time I shot a deer in the face at like 15 yards, then I shot it again in the face when it fell down.

If so forget the gun, i don't need a 4th mosin, I'll just sell it
