Mosin 91/30 sniper repro's - worth it?

If you want to build your own sniper, get one of the ex sniper Mosin 91/30 which were converted back to "normal" and add the parts needed. Then you have an original sniper with mismatched bolt/scope and mount.


You can identify those by the stock repair where the scope mount used to be, the SN and the plugged holes from the scope mount as seen inside the receiver.

about 3 years ago, i bought the proper high walled m91/30s (2 rifles) , then bought the scope and mounts off flea bay( 1 pu set up and 1 pe scope and top mount) , the bent sniper bolts off of gun broker..........then had a really good gunsmith drill /tap and set them up proper

each ran me about 450$ to 600$ in total costs.
was worth it to ME
