Mosin Nagant 91/30 owners... ever wish you bought an M44? Vice Versa?

I've had a 91/30, 44 and a 38.

Fine for $200 (or less) all-in.

But $3-400 for a beat-up short one that kicks like a mule and is only so-so accurate? Meh.

Nice fireball though.

X2 on the Polish M44, great trigger. But my M38 from Westrifle has a rugged beauty to it. Judging by the stock repairs it has bashed a skull or two in it's day.
