mosin nagant 91/30 problem

Ive purchased some ammunition at a local gun show recently, and after firing these steel cased rounds i have to repeatedly hit the bolt to get them back out. I don't have a problem chambering the round i just cant get it out after Ive fired. This doesn't normally happen with my 91/ 30 when i use normal brass casings. Any help would be appreciated thank you.

are the casing lamanated/ if so that the junk that covers them is melting and sticking, heard that happens with the steel case lamanated caseings
 
You might want to polish your chamber. Grab an old brass bore brush and wrap it in some 0000 steel wool with some oil on the steel wool. Put the brush with the wool on it on a short length of cleaning rod and stick it in a drill. Put the brush into the chamber but be careful not to stick it in to far as you could dammage the throat. Spin the drill on low speed for a bit. You should notice a bunch of crap collected on the steel wool. If you don't want to do it yourself I'm sure a gunsmith could do it for you.
 
its the laquered steel cases that cause the problem, dark green coloured cases, bullets have silver painted tips I suspect. Good ammo but stickey on ejection.

Not your rifle that is the problem, but cleaning your chamber is a good idea after using that ammo.

Now brass washed steel cases (bronze colour) dont have this problem, but finding them is harder.

I am just starting to reload for my nagants, biggest problem was finding brass cases.
 
Woodchopper nailed it, its the greenish brass that tends to really stick. Typically after about 20-30ish rounds, my 91/30 will heat up, and I will quickly take a swab of CLP and give a 2 second run around the champer and pull out either melted cosmoline or other melted gunk. This tends to help the 'stick' a lot more.

But as mentioned, its nothing to worry about!

I let even 12 year olds shoot my M44 and M38, recoil hasn't bothered any of them. The funniest one was a little lady shooting my Martini-Henry! She was pushed back a full step by the recoil, but no pain. Always shoot carbines and Martinis standing or kneeling, stay off that #@$% bench! On the Mosin-Nagant problem, I had it with Chinese ammo, but nothing else.
 
Looks more like it's not Lefty friendly than not lady friendly, she seems to be handling it well enough aside from shooting left and cycling right (which if she's left handed I can see being unnatural)
 
For me (south paw too) the most trouble I have with my bolt actions is shooting prone, it is indeed awkward. Other than that, I can manage. It does add an extra element of challenge (you can't really easily keep your aim when cycling the bolt).
