Nice, price is reasonable, but funny, you put MSRP, I don't think the Manufacturer back in the day suggested that price! Perhaps Importer suggested retail price! Good looking rifle!
 
I don't think any Mosin skipped the refurb/blueing, being up to 100.years old give or take and well used, but this one looks to have had a nice job, some are fairly dull looking but that is just preference of course.

You obviously don't like milsurp firearms, what is it you see about this one that makes you say it is a garbage rod! Funny, some will go out and but an Axis for about the same price and some would say that is a "garbage rod" as you put it. Eye of the beholder.

I don’t think he meant offense, “garbage rod” is a well known nickname for the Mosin Nagant.
