Mosin Nagant 91/30 Tula, why so few?

I don't know if it's just me or what, but I haven't seen a lot of Mosin Nagant 91/30 Tula out there.

All the Mosin Nagant 91/30 Tula I've seen are all dated prior to 1939; a lot of 1920s, and i believe i've seen one dated 1934. all of them have hexagon receivers.

So, there is no 91/30 Tula with round receiver falls into 1939-1945? What about those sinpers?

Tula's were made every year Izhevsk M91/30's were made except 1945, though for some reason 1941 dated Tulas are rare.

The reason they are less common than Izhevsk after 1939 is that Tula devoted most of its production in those years to the SVT40 rifle
