Mosin Nagant Bayonet

I took the time tonight to fit the bayonet on my mosin nagant, its now quick to attach and remove. I mainly did it because I hear its the best way to improve its accuracy. Do many of you shoot the mosin with bayonet attached? and if so have you noticed a difference in performance?

My mosin shoot high and to the right with the bayo on, at 100m with it removed I was on target. Yet everything I read says the reverse is usually the case.

Mine shoots straight on without bayo. But then again mine is an ex sniper guess they didn't bother to re calibrate the sights after service.
