Mosin Nagant bolt action VS Mauser bolt

are you drunk?! The mosin bolt is so easy to take down, even a drunken russian conscript can do it blindfolded. As far as mismatched bolt mosins go, I'd say they're the best! Ever played with a Finn Mosin? They (with their mismatched bolts)are far smoother than the all matching postwar Russian and Hungarian ones I've owned. Mausers are great, too, but if I had to chose one to take into the field...Enfield and a bottle of SRD.

I can take a Mauser bolt down in 1/2 the time it takes to do a Mosin bolt.

Yah there might be a guy with a fully loaded 10 round Enfield that has been sniping at you with his cut off plate slid into place...just waiting for your head to come up.

That is one of the many reasons the Enfield is superior to both rifles mentioned in this thread. It has a useful sized magazine of 10 rounds.

By the way I think a fine Canadian Whiskey would be good for a Canadian Enfield, or maybe a imported Scotch.
