Drei Linien Die Gewehre Mosin-Nagant is THE definitive work, but not available in English 
Terrence Lapin's book is an acceptable primer on the rifles, but the production figures are very dated as is some other more obscure info.
For Finnish Mosins, Bowser's "Rifles of the White Death" is hard to beat.
