Mosin Nagant Replacement Parts?

Anyone have a source for cheaper than eBay Mosin Nagant 91/30 replacement parts? Specifically I need to replace the top/longer receiver screw and the barrel band retainer spring closer to the receiver. I can find these parts on eBay but the prices seem quite inflated and I'm not sure I'm prepared to pay $20 USD for a screw.

A cheaper source for parts or alternatives (like using some random screw from Home Depot) would be appreciated! I've been looking/Googling without much luck.
