Mosin PU ... Questions and value

Serial 5XX (very low) All matching Rifle. Literally not one part that's not matching and there's no electro-pencil marks anywhere. Even the bbl bands are matching!
Rifle is a 1943 Tula. has the faint CH mark so i know its a legitimate PU, however, there's two marks i don't recognize. On the right side of the Tula star, there's a large "P" mark as well as a "бС"
i would love to know what those marks represent. Also, does anyone know at what number Tula started the serial process? Im curious to what month my PU was made

i am not sure those marks but I know total production of mosin sniper is about 300k. Finland mosin is more than 400k produced. Russian mosin accuracy is same and has scope while no way to mount scope on Finn mosin. I don't know why Finn mosin is more expensive.
