Just watching pawnstar uk on history. Guy brought in a deactivated mosin sniper for sale. I've seen and shot them here for $600-700 with the optic. The fellow on the show was selling a deactivated for 600 pounds. Think that is around $1000. He also took the pawnstars out to a range to shoot a working model. Think he said the working model was 900 pounds or around $1500.

Didn't know anyone was allowed to shoot rifles in uk. Thought just shotguns were allowed. Wonder what the cost of ammo is? With many of the old milsurps being on that side of the world, must suck to pay those prices.

Yea, i watched it also last night. They have had some other rifles on there before. Just can't recall what types.

I imagine, like anything else across the pond, ammo would be stupid expensive. Doesn't help with the 18-20% VAT they have to pay.

There's still some access to rifles there. I think you need to have close access to a range (not on the other side of the country) or go on regular hunting trips to get one, but I could be mistaken. No semi autos other than rimfires either. Expect prices like that or worse if the UN gets their way, though the supply will likely dry up before the end of the decade anyway.

It cost you $600-$700 to shoot a Mosin Nagant?
