One of the most affordable WW2 snipers, readily available with lots of cheap ammo around. So if you want a sniper a Mosin is going to be your best bet. So there is a good demand and with semi autos in jepoardy is it any wonder that people are hanging on to them?

Im still seeing them but they are slowly creeping up in term of price.
