mosin stripper clips

Most 'modern' mosin clips are made way too thick I find. I often end up having to jam them into my mosins loading ramp. My SVT won't even take them at all. Dunno if there are any specific brands or anything like that are known to be better for this.

Anyone know?

The ones Corwin Arms sells are a step up from the NCStar ones - which whether or not the package says so, is pretty much every other Mosin Stripper Clip available (they're the ones with the cut indent at either end to hold the rounds in place).

Corwin's are single stamped piece, uncut. I heard a rumour that they're the actual surplus ones, but don't quote me on that because I can't say for sure.

What I can say is that they work great in my SVT, 91/30, and M44.

$8 for a 5 pack, so $32 for 20... But better quality than anything else out there, and worth it in my opinion.
