Mosin turned down bolt handle

Is there anyone able to professionally turn down a mosin bolt handle like the sniper version?

Also, avoid the aftermarket ones that come off the bolt assembly at an angle. You have to inlet the stock in order for those to work. The proper bent ones work without forcing you to modify the stock.
