Mosin

I have a mosin I bought in a archangel stock I bought back in the day it's been sitting I got a scope rail mounted to it I'm looking to put a brake on it and shorten the barrel to use for hunting I'm wondering what else I can do to it and maybe somewhere local that could modify the barrel in edmonton. Any suggestions welcome.

Some more ideas. Shortened, Matador Arms 5/8 - 24 Hammerhead Muzzle Brake, Timney Trigger, Etc.

Best thing you can do is bring her back to original condition, take her to the range, figure out how she really shoots, this usually takes a bit of searching and patience, and from then on take good care of her. Keep her clean, take her out for a trip once and a while, and she'll always look after you. Kinda like a woman really, but more reliable.

To late for original condition dont have the original stock the mount is already installed and has a bent bolt.

Oh well, anyway, you have a very nice platform to tinker around with, the cartridge is the best as far as I'm concerned. Ymmv. Good luck and happy shooting.

Thanks man I wish I had a unmolested one as well but prices have gone way up great round I'm curious what ammunition you run through yours
