Talked to a northern Ontario Crappy Tire store manager just after the LGR became law and he said too much of his employees time was being taken up with the transfer phone calls to CFC which took forever back then so he quit stocking guns.
Now that the LGR is gone along with the hours on busy phone lines processing transfers the guns might return.
Who knows.
I'm sure Wyatt is busy thinking of possible ways to throw a wrench into the works.
